History of Robertson & Penn, Inc.
Harold W with his wife Ethel M Robertson founded National Service Company in April 1982 and was awarded the Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) laundry and dry cleaning contract at Fort Leonard Wood MO.
In June of the same year they were awarded the GOCO laundry and dry cleaning contract at Fort Campbell KY.
National Service Company incorporated in October 1983 as Robertson & Penn Inc, a Missouri corporation.
From the founding of the company in 1982 through today, Robertson & Penn Inc has been awarded and has successfully completed nearly fifty government contracts. Thirty five of those were United States Army installations and included Fort Benning and Fort Steward GA, Fort Bragg NC, Fort Campbell KY, Fort Eustis and Fort Myers VA, Fort Jackson SC, Fort Leonard Wood MO, Fort Polk LA, Fort Riley KS, Fort Rucker AL, Fort Sill OK and Walter Reed MD.
Chickasha Laundry & Dry Cleaning, a 9,782 square feet laundry and dry cleaning facility in Chickasha OK, was purchased in 1986 to service OK and TX clients.
Cusseta Laundry was built in 1987 to service clients in the southeastern area of the United States.
Both locations were incorporated as Missouri corporations in 1991.
In September 2006 both the GA and OK corporations were disincorporated and began operating as Robertson & Penn Inc doing business as Chickasha Laundry & Dry Cleaning and Cusseta Laundry.
